Due to the number of guests attending it is important you arrive early to the event.

 

Doors open at 6.30pm for the drinks reception.

Call for dinner will be at 7.00pm.

 

We are really looking forward to seeing you on what is certain to be a truly great evening for The Old Salvatorians Football Club. On your arrival you will be greeted with a champagne reception and receive a commemorative program. The evening comprises of a three course meal followed by coffee and the club awards ceremony. Kenny Samsom will be the evenings guest speaker. There will be an opportunity for complimentary professional photos and there will also be a replica of the World cup onsite to get your hands on. A commemorative video has been commissioned for the event. During the evening there will be a raffle with the opportunity to win a £500 cash prize, a set of designer watches and a package of driving lessons courtesy of BC MOTORING TUITION. Later in the evening you will be entertained by the band Peach who's members have appeared on X Factor and Britain's Got Talent.

 

A smoking area has been provided at the front of the venue. Access to the members bar has been restricted for the evening due to a private reservation. However, the bar in the main ball room will be fully stocked and there will be a separate bar open from which you can order wine to your table.

Dress Code

 

Dress code is Lounge suits and cocktail dresses - Black Tie optional.

 

Playing members not attending in black tie are requested to wear dark suits and white shirts. Playing members will be presented with a complimentary club tie to wear on entry.
